Help the Elder Family After Tragic Loss

On October 23rd 2024, at 12:01 am my father Johnny Carlton Elder passed away. He was 63 years old.
His tragic death was the result of a wreck-less and intoxicated driver whose negligence also caused my mother, April to be hospitalized with a broken leg, hip, neck and ankle. She will have a long and difficult physical recovery as well as having the tragedy of living without her husband of almost 30 years.
My father was the rock of my family and the glue that held us together. He leaves behind a wife, son, and daughter who all will miss him dearly. Johnny was loved deeply not only by family and friends but made a powerful impact on anyone he came into contact with. He never knew a stranger and would do anything to help those in need around him. This unexpected tragedy has turned our world upside down and left my young brother and I in a position we never could have imagined. On top of this, within the last few months my father finished his last session of chemotherapy and was deemed cancer free. He had fought so hard to live and loved life so much, he should still be here with us.
Unfortunately, my father did not have any form of life insurance or plans for what to do after his passing. We simply ask for prayers for our entire family and would greatly appreciate any financial assistance offered in order to provide my Father with the proper funeral and burial he deserves.
