The Ellis Siblings Recovery Home- Officially Open!

Donation protected

It is with excitement we announce that we officially opened the Ellis Siblings Recovery Home last Sunday, March 20th & welcomed our first 4 residents to move in. Over the last 14 weeks, the Ellis siblings, Anil, our family, RBD Construction, WWH6 & other friends worked to prepare for this special day.

Sunday March 20th was a gorgeous, sunny day (to be cherished in northern MI in March!) and about 30 members of the community, Walking With Him 6, and our immediate family gathered in the driveway for a prayer, dedication, ribbon cutting. The residents moving in were able to take part in this celebration with us.

As we close the campaign, we recognize the generosity and support provided by all of you, many of you we know- and others we do not. As a way to say thank you I had a graphic designer create an image with all of our names made into the shape of a cross and had that framed and hung up in the entry way of the house. This is to symbolize your generosity made this possible and it is the collective that makes serving and changing lives possible- so again we cannot thank you enough.
