Help The Fairy Bogmother!

Our beloved Fairy BogMother needed help moving geographically (from Mississippi to Michigan) in 2021 and y'all showed up! Now we hope to get Theia moving in a different way - physically.

Theia has been struggling with back pain for years, but recently that pain has become significantly more problematic. Her fb update from April 14th:

It's been so much harder for me to do nature things for a long time. Over the past several months my daily pain levels have increased and my ability to go on hikes and carry my bag/camera has decreased. Feeling my body become less able has been really hard to grieve. I'm really hoping my upcoming appointment(s) bring more answers and potential treatments so I can actually be behind the camera again.

Unfortunately, the appointment did bring an answer, the MRI "shows many degenerative changes" in her spine. While physical therapy is on the radar (late May), even getting around in her apartment has become a challenge. Plus the limited ability to work is severely hurting her income. It's unclear if assistive braces and non-surgical interventions will be required, or how they will be billed, but it's safe to assume that there are going to be expenses not factored into the current figure.

This is a three-month goal to help cover some of her living expenses during PT, and as well as the paperwork (photos, fingerprints, etc) and associated costs for a legal name change in Michigan.
