On March 18th James Anthony Neal life was stolen . He was a son, a brother, and a loving uncle . He was such a kind soul to anyone he came across . He loved to sing and dance ! He would lighten up any room he came into . They family is distraught over this untimely death and is asking for help to lay him rest . Anything will help and we thank you
