Help the family of Audrey Lamb with funeral expenses.

I am Heather, a close friend to the Lamb family. We are trying to help this sweet family during these trying and difficult days (now and ahead). This is set up to prepare for the celebration of Audrey (Nannie) Lamb’s life and legacy.

Chris and Audrey met in high school, she ‘won’ the first date with Chris out of her friend group and the two fell in love. They have been together over 50 years and still will act like teenagers at times with their displays of love for one another. Chris and Audrey have one daughter, Christen and one grandson, Jaydin. These 2 people are the pride and most successful part of the unity between Chris and Audrey aside from their faith and trust in God.

About 10 years ago Chris had a bad tree trimming accident that almost took him from us and due to this he has been unable to work since that time. In the past few years he has been diagnosed with cancer and requires someone to be with him at all times. To say that this family has been through trying times would be putting it mildly.

Audrey has also had some medical issues; however, a week ago, on February 9th she suffered a major stroke. Audrey was taken to the hospital on Monday and has not improved since that time. The doctors did try a procedure to bust up the clot and it was not successful. She has no movement on her left side and very little on the right. The prognosis is grim and the family has absolutely nothing to go towards funeral/celebration of her life and legacy. The doctors have put her on ‘comfort measures’ and unless God intervenes it will only be a matter of days before she is called home to Jesus. The family takes comfort in knowing God has the ultimate plan and will carry them through this difficult time. But this family needs an outpouring of love in any way that you are able. Any amount will help with medical expenses, added expenses around the household, and ultimately the funeral for Nannie.

Please help this family and show them all the love and support that you can.

Audrey passed away February 16,2025 @ 10:16 PM.  She went peacefully into the arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ.  She leaves behind to cherish all the memories her husband, Chris Lamb; daughter, Christen Lamb; grandson, Jaydin Gravette; and her brother, Todd Holt.
