Doug Welty tragically passed away at the age of 45 leaving behind a loving wife, Sarah, and two young sons, Alisdair and Tristan. Doug's kind demeanor, quick smile, sense of humor and brilliance were revered by those that knew him and he will be dearly missed by all.
