We mourn the passing of Eric Koehne after a battle with COVID-19. He was 51. Eric was a PATH Track Inspector with over 12 years of service as a member of Transport Workers Union Local 2001. Extremely patriotic and proud of his military service in the United States Marine Corp, he was known around PATH by his nickname "Rambo". Outside of work he was an avid family man, constantly sharing pictures and stories of himself and his family on Disney trips, attending football and hockey games and other various events.
Eric was a generous and loving man who lived his life in service to others, whether to his friends and coworkers, his country, or most importantly his family. In that honor we ask our brother's and sister's in not just the TWU but all of PATH that we help his loving family.
