Please Help The Ferber Family!!
Hello My Name is Ada. On behalf of the South Brunswick Vikings 13U Baseball Team, we would like to raise money for The Ferber Family to cover expenses following the loss of their loved one Damon Ferber.
Damon Ferber passed away on Saturday, July 31st after a motorcycle accident, leaving behind his wife Debbie, and his four children Justin, Kylie, Matthew, and Alyssa. Damon's family was everything to him. You never saw Damon without one of his children or Debbie by his side.
Damon worked for Millers Rental for 34 years. He coordinated countless events during that time. In addition to dedicating himself to his job, Damon was a long time member of the South Brunswick Athletic Association. He was both a board member and a coach. You could always find Damon at Rowland Park prepping the fields for games. Damon had just led his team to a victory in a Championship win at the Covino Invitational Tournament in Montgomery. His team has dedicated this win to him. Damon had coached this group for the past 7 years.
Most importantly Damon was a husband and a father. You could always find him in the winter at St. Augustine's watching one or more of his children playing basketball or coaching the St. Augustine Knights girls basketball team. In addition he was always at school plays, school events, baseball and softball games, watching cheerleading or just being with his family.
Damon enjoyed working in the garage on cars, and his woodworking projects. If you have ever driven by the Ferber's house during the holidays you have seen the beautiful sleigh and reindeer that Damon created. And the lights are always perfectly placed. In addition to cars and woodworking Damon loved to take the kids to the family home in New York where they would hunt and fish.
Damon was a great husband, father, son, brother, coach and friend that will be greatly missed.
If you are able to make a donation we thank you and we also thank everyone for their love, support and prayers for the family as they navigate through this difficult time.
