Cristina, Darren, and Banjo Need Your Help
Cristina and Darren have called their 100-year-old home in Altadena, California, a labor of love for the past 20 years. It’s where they built their lives together and shared countless memories with their beloved dog, Banjo. Tragically, this week, their cherished home was lost to the devastating California fires.
My name is Sage, I live in Westchester,NY and I am a family friend of The Giles. I have had the privilege of knowing Cristina and Darren for over 10 years. My mom and Cristina first met as coworkers for Carey Limousine and quickly became dear friends. Through them, I’ve come to know the kindness, generosity, and love that this couple brings to everyone they meet.
Cristina and Darren have always been there for their friends, family, and community, offering support and care whenever it was needed. Now, they are the ones in need. As they navigate the unimaginable loss of their home and possessions, I’m reaching out to ask for your help.
Your donation will assist Cristina and Darren in starting over—providing them with essential resources to rebuild their lives (paying bills, any travel, food/water, essentials, rebuilding their home and any other costs due/ come from this fires damage) and secure a safe place for them and Banjo to stay. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference.
Let’s come together to support this kind and resilient couple as they begin the journey of recovery. Thank you for your generosity.
