Help the Gose Family with Medical Expenses

Gary Gose is a 32-year-old devoted husband and father of three children. He is a trustworthy, hard-working, and caring individual that has fallen into unforeseen circumstances. Gary has been involved within his community by coaching for Las Cruces high school and youth sports. He loves spending time with his family and doing recreational activities such as: camping, and hunting.
Gary has been sick since mid-November. His initial symptoms were dizziness, severe abdominal pain with a loss of appetite, which all contributed to his drastic weight loss. November, was also the beginning of the countless doctor and emergency room visits regarding Gary’s symptoms. In December, his condition worsened with chest pain, light headed, palpitation, fatigue, and continued weight loss. This led Gary to being admitted to Mountain View Hospital on several occasions. On his final admission to Mountain View, upon doctor’s recommendation, Gary was airlifted and admitted to Lovelace Regional Hospital and Lovelace Heart Hospital in Albuquerque.
It was during this time, that the doctors came to the conclusion that Gary previously did have COVID-19. After many screenings and tests, he was diagnosed with Viral Myocarditis and sent home to Las Cruces. Even after his visit to Lovelace, he still continues to struggle with chest discomfort, abnormal heartbeat, shortness of breath, leading to frequent visits to the ER along with being admitted.
Currently, Gary is wearing a heart monitor, pulse/oxygen device and taking medications. Due to his heart condition, he is unable to work, causing him to go on short-term disability. There is no timeline on when he will be able to return back to work.
One of his cardiologists has advised him to travel to the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, to receive further medical treatment.
Your generosity will be very much appreciated in supporting the Gose Family with the medical expenses that incurred for the airlift to Albuquerque, and the upcoming medical trip to the Mayo Clinic.
