Help the Greig Children!
On Thursday 8th July our friends were travelling to a family reunion out near Toowoomba.
The vehicle had a head on collision with a truck, how anyone survived the impact is a miracle.
Mum Jessica was killed instantly & daughter Giselle died shortly after, Dad, Alex is still critical in hospital and fighting for life.
Jess was a dedicated mother and nurse in the Gympie region, she lived for her family and was working hard everyday to provide a good life for her children. More importantly she had the most beautiful heart and would do anything for anyone. Giselle (Gg) was just as beautiful with a strong interest in joining the Army and a love of life and was in year 7 at Victory College in Gympie.
This is a genuinely lovely family that has been torn apart by this tragedy.
Our focus is now about helping those left behind, 10 year old Jett who received no physical injuries and 7 year old Oceana who received a broken arm and deep gash to her chin.
Jess' family have come together and are providing love and care for Jess' 2 surviving children, however these children have no parents left able to care for them or provide for them and the bills keep coming in.
These poor babies have had their whole world turned upside down and are going to need ongoing care and support.
Please come together as a community and help the Turnbulls not only lay their daughter and granddaughter to rest, but also help them to be able to provide for their surviving grandchildren.
Thank you
