For 20 years and 21 days, Violet Rose Grix blessed this world with her beautiful blue eyes, boundless love, and indomitable spirit. A true Heart Warrior, Violet faced every challenge life threw at her with courage and grace. She filled her days with the things she adored: cats, Disney, baking, video editing, and gaming with friends. She cherished her baby brother and brought joy to everyone lucky enough to know her.

In her final months, Violet fought her hardest battle yet, enduring severe heart failure and a final open-heart surgery. Despite her incredible strength, her journey ended peacefully with her loving family by her side. Violet’s legacy will live on in the hearts of everyone who loved her.

Her family, now grappling with the unimaginable loss of their beloved daughter, also faces the weight of financial challenges after two months spent in the hospital, sacrificing work to support Violet during her most difficult days.

We’re asking for your help to ease their burden during this heartbreaking time. Donations will go toward covering expenses incurred over the past few months, funeral expenses, and the many costs that have accumulated during Violet’s fight.

Violet's mother remained by her side day and night, offering constant care and support throughout her hospital stay. Her father tirelessly traveled back and forth, balancing time with their young son while being there for Violet. The costs of parking, gas, and food quickly piled up, and with both parents missing work, household bills began to accumulate.

This family has already endured the unimaginable loss of a child. They should be able to focus on helping their two other children—and themselves—navigate this painful time, not worry about how they will catch up on mounting expenses.

Violet's 20th birthday wish was to celebrate at home with a big house party. While Violet is no longer here to blow out the candles, her family will honor her wish with a Celebration of Life on:
