Help the Gruidl Family Recover from Hurricane Ian

This is Jess, family friend of the Gruidl family.

As you all know, the Gruidl family has suffered greatly from Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral.Their home was destroyed by the surge and wind and is not livable, and they will need to rebuild. Hopefully, the foundation and structure can be saved and just need to be gutted, but that is a best-case scenario. At this time they will need to be able to find somewhere to live until they can get the home assessed and insurance money. Currenlty, the challenge is finding power and gas to get them through the day. All and every hotel that is operational is full.

While the wait for insurance, they will need to find a way to find a new normal. Living in someone else's home, getting Braylon to school (which they don't know when school will be open again, it could be months), and getting Tess and Brandon back to work. Tessa's car is a complete loss and they will have to total it, they are currenlty trying to find someone to tow it, but it is in a long line of cars that need to be towed. They will likely need to drive to Georgia to replace the car.

I am asking for donations for immediate use at this time; these donations will help them find housing and replace clothing and other everyday items. Insurance will help a lot of things, however, there is a cap on coverage and what they will receive. The concern is that it will not cover everything they need to replace their home.
