Help The Guthrie Family Recover After Eaton Fire
Donation protected
On January 8, 2025, a devastating fire tore through Altadena, taking with it the home and memories of my sister, brother-in-law, and their two children. After ten years of living in their first purchased home, a place where they have raised their two children and made countless cherished memories, The Guthrie Family has lost everything to the Eaton Fire.
This home was more than just a building—it was the heart of their family, a symbol of their hard work, dreams, and commitment to the community. For over a decade, they have been proud members of the Altadena community, forging lasting relationships, supporting their neighbors and small businesses, and making the area a better place to live. We are so thankful their family is safe and physically unharmed; however, the pain of losing their home, along with the belongings and keepsakes that cannot be replaced, is absolutely devastating.
As Ashley and JJ navigate this unimaginable loss, we are reaching out to loved ones and the larger community to ask for support in helping them rebuild. Your generous donation will go directly toward unmet expenses not included with other aid as they recover and take the next steps to support their family.
Any amount, big or small, is deeply appreciated. We are so grateful for your kindness and generosity during this incredibly difficult time. Together, we can help The Guthrie’s find hope and healing after this tragedy.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support.
