Help The Hallgrens

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Jessica on December 14th. Her family and friends will miss her profoundly. She leaves behind a beautiful legacy to the care of her loving husband Matt. Their seven children are: daughter Josie, who is turning 21 on December 27th, son Ike turns 13 on December 22nd, son Sam turns 12 on December 24th, daughter Ida turned 6 on June 6, daughter Esther turns 5 on December 27th also, son Jack is 16 months and baby Margaret was born two months premature on December 4th. Margaret is in NICU and is doing well. She has gained 8 ounces since birth and weighed 3 pounds 4 ounces a few days ago. Matt will have his hands full caring for two babies and the four older children living with him. They had just sold their home and were in the middle of moving out when Jessica became ill. On top of his own grieving and caring for their grieving children, he needs to find a home and move into it and furnish it. He also needs to get everything needed for a newborn nursery ready, to prepare for when Margaret comes home. He is dividing his time between the hospital and his parent's home, where they are staying temporarily. If there was ever a family that needs all the love and support we can gather, this is the family and now is the time to rally our support. Please send them all prayers for comfort and grace as well as strength and faith. Any donation at all will help them create a new home and will honor beautiful Jessica by helping care for her family.
