Help the Hamptons Recover Their Beloved Home
Donation protected
Located in what was once the bright and cheerful neighborhood of Altadena at 2211 Sinaloa Ave, the Hampton family home was a constant project. A place full of memories and endless hours putting love and care into both the house and everything around it. I grew up in that house for nearly all my life, remembering with pride how hard my parents worked to move our little family of four out of what had quickly become a tiny apartment. This was our home. A place to come back to, walls covered in photos of family both past and present. And now like too many others, that home has been lost.
As hard as neighbors fought to protect the house when the fires began to attack the Sinaloa and Meadowbrook area, there was only so much to be done. While the family and beloved family dog, Lucy, had all safely made it out, the same couldn’t be said about the house itself. Like so many other families in the community, the Hampton’s are now trying to move forward and rebuild what they can. Cherishing the memories they were able to save while mourning those that are irreplaceable. Any and all donations to help the rebuilding process would be appreciated beyond belief. Stay safe and hold your loved ones close.
