Help The Hemming Family during a time of need

Hello Everyone!

Thank you all so much for your prayers and for your support!

A couple weeks ago I had a bad case of diverticulitis flare up on me and I went to the hospital on Tuesday 8/2. I was in the worst pain of my life. Excruciating/unbearable pain and I couldn’t do anything to stop it.

Long story short I had to have an emergency surgery to save my life because I was going septic. They removed 8” of my colon and repaired a couple other spots as well.

I currently have a ostomy bag and will have it for 3-12 months but I am praying and believing for 3! I also have 6-8 weeks of recovery from the surgery and am watching the incision closely for infection.

I was working for myself before surgery and I am the only provider for my family. We didn’t have insurance but are applying for Medicaid and other forms of support.

I am reaching out to people with this Gofundme to help cover my family during this season of recovery. Just to pay our house payment and bills.

God has blessed us through all of you and we thank you from the depths of our hearts for helping us. Any all support will go to covering our family while I am down and can’t work.
