Help the Herrings Remain in Their Home!
Donation protected
Hi everyone!
I want to let you know about an opportunity to support a much-loved family at a pivotal time in their lives.
This year, Jim and Heather are celebrating 25 years of serving God through Door of Hope. The Herring family lived in Hope House for 17 years, creating a loving, family environment for the guys in recovery who lived with them. Later, while still in full-time ministry, they moved in with Heather's mum, Olive, taking care of her so that she could remain at home in her final years. Olive passed away at the end of 2022.
The Herrings now have the opportunity to remain in their family home longer term. However, they won't be able to do this without raising a significant sum of money in the coming months.
I've started this fundraiser as an opportunity for us to bless Jim and Heather with gifts to show our appreciation for their years of commitment to Door of Hope and for all the lives that have been impacted by their love and faithfulness.
Jim and Heather have put investing in people above investing in their own financial security. Though we may not be able to raise the full amount they need at this time, my hope is that we can now make an investment into their future at a time when it will be greatly appreciated.
Anything you are able to give will make a difference!
Thanks so much,
Debs Burnham
