Help the Hoyas Family in rebuilding a home

Hi,

My name is Cory, I am making this GoFundMe page to help a dear friend of mine, Michelle, and her three amazing children have lost EVERYTHING. This normally occurs when there if a house fire and one would never think a companies negligence would be the cause. On September 10th, my husband and I were helping Michelle take the 26 ft. U-Haul packed with their entire house to the storage unit due to not having a new home yet. On the way there the U-Haul broke down and was towed through U-Haul's insurance. The following morning, Michelle called the location and was told that she would need to reserve another reservation bc her U-Haul was not drivable but that they did not have another 26ft. one there that day and come back by 9/14. On 9/14 Michelle arrived to unload her stuff into the new U-Haul. Everything was completed and they were ready to send Michelle to the back to start unloading her stuff into the new truck but things stopped abruptly and ads as told her truck had been emptied meaning none of her belongings were in the truck anymore. This didn’t make any sense, but no one could give her any answers.

On 9/15, Michelle received a text and voicemail from higher up confirming that the U-Haul she rented was in fact emptied and that it was dumped at a dump. The U-Haul insurance adjuster offered Michelle $15,000 that same day, but she declined.As of today, 10/26,Michelle is still working with an attorney but has not gotten anywhere and is in desperate need of some help.

She does not have the funds to pay for the security deposit and to furnish an entire house,to purchase clothing/shoes for all 4 of them especially with it getting colder. If anyone knows Michelle, you know that not only in her career but even outside of work she is constantly helping others and saving lives and now it is time to try and help her and her family. Anything helps to get them back on their feet and back together. Please do not hesitate to share, the more people who see this, the better.
