Help Takashi aid the Ishikawa Earthquake victims!

Hi, my name is Ellie and I was born and raised in Japan. I need your help for something really close to my heart.
One of my best friends in Japan, Takashi Morimoto, someone I've known forever, is out there doing something incredible. Takashi, a dedicated camp director, a devoted family man and a cherished and trusted member of his community, is on the ground in Ishikawa, Japan, helping folks hit hard by the recent New Year's Day earthquake. He's driving through collapsed roads, going from shelter to shelter, and personally delivering vital supplies like food, baby formula, diapers, wipes, feminine hygiene products, toilet paper and more. His commitment goes beyond mere provision; he takes the time to attentively listen to the victims and ensuring that their specific needs are met.
Just recently, he was able to reach the shelter of my friend's family in Ishikawa whose house collapsed. Everyone is scattered in different shelters, and many people are still under collapsed buildings. By talking to the locals, Takashi found out that they need more rechargeable batteries for their phones and butane fuel cartridges for cooking. He is now going back home to reload his van with new supplies and food. His efforts are making a difference by providing the local victims with the essentials they desperately need.
If you're looking for a way to make a direct impact, please consider donating here. Every dollar you contribute will go straight to the people in need. With the current strength of the US dollar against the Japanese Yen, your contribution will have an even greater impact! Your support can bring some comfort to those dealing with the aftermath of this devastating earthquake.
