Help the JuiceBox Club Recover from a Devastating Loss

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my girlfriend, Crystal, an independent artist and small business owner who pours her heart into creating beautiful stickers, stationery, and other artwork for anime conventions. Her art is all about childhood nostalgia, pet lovers, and generally cute, uplifting designs. Her work is not just a passion—it’s her livelihood.

Recently, while preparing for a major convention in Orlando, she shipped a large box of her products to the hotel where she would be staying. This package contained thousands of dollars worth of her personally crafted creations, representing months of hard work. However, when she arrived, she was devastated to find that her box had been tampered with and its contents stolen either in transit or while in the hotel’s possession. The hotel has denied responsibility, and now she is left without both her products and the income she was counting on from the event. Unfortunately, they haven’t released their security footage to us but have claimed that her package was delivered in that condition, despite failing to notify her of the tampering/damage before her arrival. The only thing we can say with confidence is that the tears in the box appear more deliberate than accidental.

We are in the process of filing a claim with UPS, but reimbursement is limited and unlikely to cover the full loss - if anything at all. That’s why I’m asking for your help. Every dollar raised will go toward helping her recreate lost inventory, cover travel expenses, and recover from this heartbreaking setback.

As an artist, she has always been dedicated to bringing joy to others through her work. Now, she needs the support of her community to help get back on her feet.
