Julie Kelso is in the hospital with viral pneumonia due to Covid. She is very sick and will have a long road to recovery. Julie is a strong, determined, good hearted person with the kindest soul. In addition to the prayers and good thoughts being sent her way we have started this account to help ease the financial strain for the family. We thank you in advance for your generosity!

Update #1:

Julie is in the hospital with viral pneumonia due to covid. Her chest xray shows 2 fluid filled lungs with not much else visible. When she went to the hospital 5 days ago she was breathing at 43%, her face, lips, and hands were blue. They're not sure how she was walking and talking. They put her immediately on oxygen 15 liters which was quickly replaced by an opti-flow machine pushing 60 liters. A few hours later she maxed out the oxygen supply of the opti-flow and they moved her to a bipap machine. The bipap inhales and exhales for her. They have that machine on roughly 100 liters. Her oxygen drops rapidly into the 70s and 80s when she moves around so they've made the decision to keep her as immobile as possible. She's very sick, but she's a fighter! There's nothing in her life that she does without putting forth 110%. She's strong, determined and most of all a good hearted person with the kindest soul. She needs prayers and good thoughts to be sent her way. I know she is so thankful for all of you checking in on her and taking time from your schedules to send up prayers. She can feel it I promise you.
I will try my best to keep everyone updated as I check in with her nurses at night about her progress. Many blessings to all of you for showing her how loved she truly is.
