Help the Kennedy's After Major House Fire

Our dear friends, Stacey and Samuel Kennedy, lost all of their belongings in a house fire that occurred in the early morning of July 10th, 2021. They are new parents of 6 week old baby girl, Ayla - they should be enjoying this time as a new family of 3.

Overnight, around 2 AM, a tree fell onto some power lines outside of the house they were living in. They woke up to the electricity in the house "surging". Stacey immediately checked the baby monitor - it wasn't working so she rushed into the nursey to get sweet Ayla. Stacey smelled something burning and told Sam "We need to get out NOW"!

Thankfully, they were all able to get out of the house safely (pets included). Sam called 911, the fire department responded, however there was a tree blocking access to the house and a live wire. It took some time to get past the tree and wait for PECO to shut off the electricity before they could put the fire out. Within this time, they watched the house go up in flames. All of their possessions are gone.

I am so very thankful for their safety, but my heart is broken for them. Please, if you are able to help out in any way, it would be so appreciated. These are some of the best people I know and love dearly. Stacey said to me earlier, "Things are just things, I am so grateful that we are all okay."
