Help the Killgo Family Rebuild

Brannon and Emily were moving to North Carolina to work and live near family.  Emily, Merrick and Grace are in Burlington now, safe and sound! Brannon and his dad Mark had gone to Utah to get all of their things from their apartment.  On Sunday afternoon, about an hour from Albuquerque they were rear ended by a Semi.  The truck was going so fast that after hitting the rear of the trailer, it caused the Suburban Brannon was driving to jack-knife.  The right side of the Suburban was hit by the still moving semi with the driver's door taking a hit that pushed it in about 6-10".  The Suburban then rolled three times and ended up on it's tires.  Miraculously Brannon and Mark were still conscious.  Brannon immediately wanted to check on Emily's beloved piano - it was in the center of the freeway- smashed and ruined.  All of their household goods were smashed, scattered and ruined.  (their food storage survived!) Brannon and Mark were checked out at the ER in Albuquerque and amazingly nothing was broken.  (but man, are they hurting!!)

Brannon is still in Albuquerque with his dad awaiting an accident report, moving the ruins to a POD for storage and to be inventoried.  He and his dad will take Amtrak to Illinois and be picked up by a friend to go the rest of the way to Indiana.  

In addition to losing all of their furniture, appliances, art and electronics Brannon is unable to start working as he needs to seek medical treatment and therapy for damage to his back and neck, etc.  Emily also cannot begin working by taking piano students as they no longer have a piano.   

The unexpected expenses of extra hotel, food, Amtrak tickets and a storage POD have taken all of the moving budget and emergency funds. 

(as anyone who has been in an accident can tell you - an insurance claim of this magnitude and complex could take months or years to settle)

Let's help Brannon get back to Emily and the kids.  

Please help them start to rebuild their household. Anything you can give no matter how small will be appreciated to help this cute family start over.
