Help the Knechtle Family After Eaton Fire Loss
Donation protected
Dear friends, family and kind strangers,
This fundraiser has been started on behalf of the Knechtle family, who lost their family home of 40 years in the Eaton Fire that ravaged Altadena and Pasadena.
The fire was incredibly swift and took everything they had except for the minimal amount of clothing they were wearing or were able to quickly gather before evacuating.
Both Hermann and Marisa came to America a generation ago, working hard to build a life here and raise their two children, Brandon and Marlise, living out their American Dream. This home was their every thing.
They now find themselves in a position they never expected to be in and would never ask for donations, but as a community, we know that so many would like to chip in however we can with the unexpected costs that will arise with rebuilding their life and home.
With love and appreciation,
The Friends of the Knechtles
*Organized by Jessa Hill (Los Angeles, CA), friend of Marlise
*Donations will be used for immediate necessities (clothing, food, finding a place to stay) and costs to rebuild their home
