Help the Koziol Family with Bills

We are doing a fundraiser for Amy and her two kids, Jack and Sam. We would like to help them with their monthly bills and expenses.

Matt Koziol passed away on November 20th at the age of 51 . He was diagnosed with head and neck cancer in December 2018. He fought through 3 years, 5 different chemo treatments, 1 surgery to remove a portion of his left lung, and 3 drug trial treatments. Unfortunately after each treatment and trial the scans showed growth and/or metastasis of the cancer. After the 3rd drug trial they decided not to put him through any more treatments and to just manage the pain he was in. At that time he began hospice care.
