Help the Kuzmanovski Kids After Their Dad's Loss

A young Nutley family has recently lost their father. Anthony (8), an athletic adventurous boy, Daniella (6), a beautiful petite dancer, and Gino (4), a lover of trucks and Elmo, have suffered the heartbreaking loss of their father. Their dad, Nick, died from brain cancer in September. It has been a shock, and the children are devastated.

Karen, a devoted mother to her children, is now navigating life unexpectedly as a single mom. She is an absolute rock for her kids, making sure that they are able to express their feelings and emotions through their sadness. Through these very hard times, she is trying to keep the children’s lives as “normal” as possible.

Karen has been a stay-at-home mom since her son Gino was born. He has special needs, and Karen has been the most amazing caregiver to him. Gino receives many therapies and has been such a resilient boy working through them all. With all of the time needed to care for him, Karen has not been in the workforce for 4 years.

Recently, she started working again as a Physical Therapist. However, the cost of household bills, expenses, sports and activities, and even groceries are very high. We as a community would like to come together to help ease the burden for them. Unfortunately, their dad did not have life insurance, leaving Karen in a vulnerable state.

Raising 3 young children is not easy, and if anyone is deserving of help through a difficult time, it is this family! While they transition to life without their dad, we hope that we can help keep as much normalcy as possible and help Karen get on her two feet. This is not an easy task, as the children are so young.

Any donation, no matter the size, would mean the world to Karen and the kids. Your generosity will help alleviate some of the financial burden and allow them to focus on healing and remembering their dad.
