Emily recovering from brain surgery



Emily and Jordan were married in April earlier this year. Eager to start a family together they began looking ahead to all the wonderful things that life would have in store for young newlyweds.

Late July, Emily was at work when she began to slur her speech and became unable to form words. It was later determined that Emily was suffering a seizure. After a well-check at the ER, she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. In August, Emily will be undergoing surgery to remove the tumor as well as beginning chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

As anyone can imagine, Jordan wants to be able to be with Emily throughout the surgery and recovery. Unfortunately this will cause him to miss work and will put a considerable financial strain on both of them. We’d like to help them out financially so they can get through the next steps of this challenging time without having to be worried about bills and other financial constraints.
