Help the Zahedi Family
Donation protected
Dear Friends,
I’m reaching out to you on behalf of the Zahedi family. They are a family of 6; with four sweet little girls. They live in a one-bedroom clay house on the outskirts of Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan that they heat with coal.
Ghulam Sakhi Zahedi is the head of the household and has been without work for more than a year. As you may already know unemployment has skyrocketed in Afghanistan and Ghulam Sakhi has not been able to find any work. With the winter months upon them, they are really worried they won’t be able to have enough food or heat their home.
They currently rely on the generosity of family to help make ends meet but it’s not enough. Ghulam Sakhi needs a job and the only option is to obtain a vehicle and become a taxi driver.
We live in a country where we can get assistance such as food stamps, WIC, help with utilities, and even unemployment wages. Ghulam Sakhi doesn’t have that option in Afghanistan.
Please help me to help this young family. Maybe we can pull together enough money to help Ghulam Sakhi start a small taxi business to support his family’s basic needs.
Will you please help me to extend our many blessings to this family?
Please donate what you can. Anything will help. You have my word that the donations will go to this family, and I will provide the evidence to you that it has.
Thank you and God Bless You.
