Losing a child is unimaginable and something no parent is prepared for. With the recent passing of Cristian Lollar at the age of only 17. The Lollar Family will never be the same without their 2nd oldest child. Cristian was the “mini me” of his father Cam Lollar. Their shared love for sports specifically basketball was a site to see a father and son bond over a shared passion for the game. Anyone who had the pleasure to know Cristian seen a respectable, talented young man who was a spitting image of his father. His smile and personality will be truly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. With his father being self employed as a chef and caterer the family will need time to process this untimely death and will need financial help from family and friends to be able to help cover the costs of the funeral, memorial and help with living expenses to be able to take time off from work so the family can have the time together it needs to mourn the loss of Cristian as a family. Cam Lollar is an Omaha native who regularly donates food and money to the homeless community of Omaha. This family as a whole has been actively supporting their community any way they can. And that is the reason for this fundraiser is to give to a family that truly needs the help of the community right now. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go to funeral and memorial expenses. And anything leftover will go to help cover living expenses for the family in this time of need. Cristian will be missed so much by those who loved and knew him. The memory of such a wonderful person will never be forgotten and will live on forever.
