Help The Low Family Beat Cancer

There are very few of us who haven't been touched in some way by the unfortunate appearance of cancer in our loved ones or friends.  While we all offer support to those in need in whatever ways we can, some take that support to another level by pursuing  a career in which they can make the fight against cancer their job every day. Caleigh Low is one of those people.

Caleigh is a 22 year old Radiation Therapy student who, like her parents, knows that her calling is in healthcare helping others.  Caleigh was recently diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma.  While she has taken the devastating news in stride, she suddenly finds herself on the opposite side of the fight against this disease.  Our goal with this fundraiser is to help Caleigh and the Low family get her back to where she belongs, treating cancer, not fighting it.

We are the Respiratory Therapists at Connecticut Children's Medical Center, and we are asking for your support in this endeavor because the Low family is part of our family.  Steve (RRT) and Kim (RN) have devoted their careers to helping the children of Connecticut battle illnesses of all shapes and sizes.  Every one of us would want Steve to be taking care of our children if they were sick, and now it's time for us to help his family through this fight. 

Please consider donating any amount possible to aid us in this fundraiser.  Every cent donated will be going directly to the Low family to help cover the costs of Caleigh's treatments, some of which won't be covered by insurance.  

Steve and Kim have spent their careers helping others.  Caleigh will be continuing in that tradition.
