Help the Luis Rios family with funeral costs

Hi my name is Laura Gara, Luis was my husband’s best friend, who we unfortunately lost in a tragic car accident when traveling home to go to bed for school in the morning, when he was struck by a high rate speeder on Webster Avenue on 7/21/23. Luis will have a funeral here in Green Bay on Friday 7/28/23 and then hopefully next week the family will travel to Puerto Rico where his body will be laid to rest. We are looking for any donations to help his family with the funeral and travel expenses. Any amount would be greatly appreciated along with continued prayers.
