Update as of 12/31
As we prepare for the New Year, we just wanted to give everyone an update on Big Al's condition. This is a terrible nightmare that we are just waiting to wake up from. If you know Big Al, he was the one always helping others. He would never tell anyone “No”!!! So now it’s our turn to fight for him. He is still in critical condition in the ICU, but stable at this time. Every day we are battling something different. His injuries have been proven to be permanent and debilitating, but the "Big Al" we all know and love is still with us. His quality of life will be changed forever. Medical staff is working hard to get him to the next step. We thank you all for your kindness, donations, support, and prayers.
Update as of 12/23
On behalf of the Magnelli family: Al is still in very critical condition. He suffered major damage to his spinal cord, after surgery yesterday he is stable and comfortable. We really will not know more for days/weeks to come. At this point we are being told some of the damage is permanent. We would also like to thank each and everyone of you for everything and especially the prayers! We have a very long road ahead of us. We will give updates as we get them!
If you are able and are willing, please help raise money for the Magnelli's. Al and his son little Al were in a serious car accident yesterday 12/20/21. Anything will help. This has left him hospitalized with serious injuries that still are unknown to what extent. Al will not be able to work for an extended amount of time. They would greatly appreciate any help during this holiday season. Thank you to everyone again.
