For years, I'd wanted to be a grandmother and thought that maybe that would never happen. Imagine my delight when my daughter let me know she was pregnant.
After her first sonogram, it was found that she was carrying triplets. She cried, her husband Chris just about fainted. I laughed thinking it was one of Jenny's little jokes. It was no joke and I felt bad because having one baby is a challenge, but triple that?
A more detailed sonogram 10 days later showed that one had been missed and they were now having quadruplets! Yikes! Add to that, they were identical. Quadruple yikes! When she told me that, I almost fainted. This put Jenny in a very high risk pregnancy, but she has done amazingly well and the boys are all doing great.
These quadruplets are naturally conceived- no IVF. The odds of this are 1 in 15 million. To date, there have been 70 cases reported world-wide! Even though this is very exciting, it's going to be VERY expensive.
The babies will be born at 33 weeks on April 15 and will be in NICU for up to 2 months. I'm setting up this GoFundMe account to help defray some of the exorbitant costs Jenny and Chris are going to face.
The whole family is so excited about this upcoming miracle and it would mean so much to have your support so that the financial aspects aren't a big stressor. I know Jenny and Chris will be most grateful for any support- prayers included.
