Help the Mattera Family Rebuild After Fire

Hello, my name is Christian Mattera, one of four brothers born and raised in Brooklyn NY. My father created a living for us by working and eventually owning and operating a staple family owned pharmacy in Williamsburg Brooklyn for 40 years. This pharmacy has serviced many patients over the years with a kindness and touch never seen with commercial pharmacies. On Saturday night 1/25/25, the building and business succumbed to a 4 alarm fire where over 200 firefighters responded. Thankfully no one was injured, however my father’s livelihood and even retirement was invested in this building and we are not sure what the future holds for our very big family.
