Help the Miklos-Butler Family

The Miklos/Butler families need our help. On Wednesday evening around 6pm their lives were changed forever. When arriving home from walking the dog, Monica and her husband Mike found their home on fire with billowing smoke coming from all the windows. Their 99 year old mom and special needs brother were inside the home. The Norwalk fire department had arrived and thankfully were in the process of rescuing their mom and brother. When going in to see if he could help, Mike was badly burned and currently remains in the burn unit at Bridgeport hospital. All suffered smoke inhalation but thankfully their lives were spared. They have however lost EVERYTHING that was in the home and currently are in a hotel, trying to figure out how to rebuild their lives. This family has lived in Norwalk in this home since 1952, went to Norwalk schools and are members of Saint Matthew church and choir-good people who have been involved in our community. Its time for us to help them and give back a little of what they have given to our community. Please give what you can!
