Help the Milner family to come back home

Hello, my name is Jamie, and I am creating this GoFundMe for Emma Milner and her gorgeous family. Emma has given me permission to create this fundraiser and to share her story.

The Milner’s have just received the unfortunate news from their landlord that they need to vacate their home by the end of March 2022 due to a severe untreated termite infestation. The property is beyond repair and in an unliveable condition which has left this family vulnerable and on the brink of homelessness. The family have desperately tried to secure other safe alternatives; however, they have been unsuccessful and left with no time and unable to get support from the Queensland Government.

Emma and her husband Justin have three beautiful children – a 10-year-old who has Autism, an autoimmune condition and severe anxiety, a 7-year-old with suspected Autism and a 4-year-old. People who know Emma understand that she is an incredibly strong, selfless, kind and nurturing mother who is always thinking of others and putting the needs of her family before her own. Emma and Justin are currently unable to work due to their own medical conditions as well as providing permanent home schoolings support to their children.

All the funds that are raised will go towards helping the family to relocate to South Australia, where they have access to family supports and a safe and secure place to sleep at night with their extended family. This will include providing petrol, food, furniture removalist and accommodation for the trip to SA, and for temporary accommodation while finding a new home.
