Help the Mitchells Rise from the Ashes

Donation protected
Jane and Tony Mitchell have been married for almost 35 years and have three beautiful children and two dogs. Tony is a Nurse Practitioner for the VA, and Jane worked for 30 years as a nurse through Evergreen and other hospitals. They are both members of Firefighters Association in La Conner, Washington. On June 19th, a fire engulfed their house and these amazing people lost their home and all of their 35 years of cherished memories. Tony acted swiftly to ensure Jane and their dogs made it out as the fire raged through their home in the blink of an eye. Everyone made it out safely with Tony only suffering minor burns.

While their memories cannot be replaced, they are grateful that everyone made it out safely. The community of La Conner has been unimaginably supportive during this devastating time. Now, Jane and Tony have to face the reality of rebuilding from the ashes of their old home. We are raising money to help them through this traumatic experience, aiming to cover some of the costs of cleanup, demolition, and rebuilding. If you or someone you know is able to donate anything, your kindness and generosity would not be wasted on these incredible people.
