I am reaching out on behalf of the Montelongo family—Jose, Sharis, and their sweet 5-year-old son, Mateo—who have been deeply affected by the recent fires in Pacific Palisades. Their lives, like so many others, have been turned upside down as they watched helplessly while their beloved neighborhood was consumed by flames.

The Montelongos are not just residents of Pacific Palisades; they are a cornerstone of the community, known for their warmth, kindness, and hard work. Sharis is a devoted stay-at-home mom, pouring her heart into raising Mateo. Jose, a skilled and dedicated general contractor, has worked tirelessly to build a business that primarily served the Pacific Palisades neighborhood. However, with over 75% of the area destroyed, his livelihood is now under serious threat.

This family has earned every piece of their success through years of hard work, sacrifice, and resilience. Now, in the wake of this tragedy, they face the daunting challenge of rebuilding their lives from the ground up.
