Help The Mountain View Mustangs!!

Hello!! Wes Cornelison here. Thanks for taking the time to consider our fundraiser.

 

I'm reaching out in support of the Mountain View Elementary students in Anchorage, AK. I've been teaching at Mountain View since August and the experience has truly changed my life. Our school, like many, need help now more than ever. Mountain View Elementary is a Title 1 school with ~300 students serving a culturally diverse and low income community.

 

The students here are in need of our help. Winter has quickly arrived and we are desperately in need of warm winter gear. The kids love outdoor recess (must be above 0F) however it's hard to enjoy when you can't feel your fingers. We like to think we're tough in AK but there are limits. Your donation will help purchase these kids gloves, hats and winter boots.

 

So I'm challenging each and everyone of y'all to dig in deep and remember what Christmas is all about. I've placed a small goal of 5k but would be disappointed if we cant exceed that. Spread the word. Make this go viral. Make a difference in these kids' lives. I'll be sure and post videos of the students receiving their new winter gear so we can all share in their joy. And trust me. These kids will be PUMPED!
