Help the Mozingo Girls Buy a Place to Live!

The Mozingo family once had hopes of buying the house they are currently renting in Willow Hill, PA. Sadly, Paul Mozingo unexpectedly died at the age of 49, on April 27, 2020, leaving his wife, Bonnie Mozingo (47), and daughter, Sarah Mozingo (17).
Paul Mozingo was the only source of income in the household, other than Bonnie’s disability money, which is less than $800 every month.
Bonnie’s disability benefits along with Sarah’s survivor benefits will not be enough money to put towards buying the house they are currently renting, as they are using most of their money on rent and other expenses. The total cost to buy the house is too far out of their reach.
They have plans on moving to a more populated area of PA in May 2021 after Sarah graduates high school. This will be beneficial to Bonnie’s MS, because she cannot drive and will be able to get around easier than she could in the valley. Also, Sarah could potentially continue living with her mother while she attends college to further her education.
The only money they have saved back to buy a place other than what they save through the next few months is Paul’s 401k money. Because of taxes being taken out, it’s not a lot of money when talking about buying a place to live.
We would like to raise money to relieve some of the stress and anxiety of the future off of Bonnie and Sarah’s shoulders and help them increase their savings for a place to live. We want Sarah to be able to continue her education while simultaneously being able to live, help, and continue healing through this loss with her mother too.
