Nguyen Family Home Destroyed by Eaton Fire

Our friends Minh, Miki Yokoyama, Rei, and Leon, along with their pets, lost their family home of 13 years overnight and everything they have and know in the Eaton Fire in Altadena. Thankfully, they all got out safely but could use all the love and support they can get.

The Nguyen-Yokoyamas are some of the most loving, selfless humans we've had the opportunity of knowing, and have always extended their generosity and warmth to those in need. In spite of this tragedy, they are remaining hopeful, optimistic, and grateful to be safe, and to have the continued support of their loved ones and community.

While they are currently staying with family safely away from the fires' devastation with their two children, adorable pup Chance, and kitty Mina, they now face the daunting reality of rebuilding their lives from scratch. Additionally, Miki, a self-taught, multimedia artist and member of the Los Angeles Art Association, has lost supplies and countless paintings, nearly all of her life's work, as a result of the Eaton fire's devastation to their family home. Your help and any funds will assist with needs that might not be fully covered by other sources of aid to support the Nguyen family through this crisis.
