Dear Friends,

No one should have to struggle alone. Yet, this is where Tara has found herself.

Let us come together for Tara and the Ogren Family during this incredibly difficult time as her family sadly fades away.

After a long battle with addiction, Tara lost her only brother, Eric, last week.

His passing was very unexpected, with no will, and Tara has been left alone with all the loose ends to manage during her time of shock and grief.

Since, Tara’s mother, Laura, has also been diagnosed with dementia.

If you've ever had a loved one suffer of dementia, you know that it is heartbreaking to watch... as they lose their memory, no longer recognize you, and decline in language and simple everyday activities.

The responsibility for her mother now falls all on Tara to make decisions on her own, without her brother's presence.

We are fundraising for the cremation of her beloved brother, expenses of the home they shared, insurance and car costs, and needs of her mother's declining health.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg for the moment.

Unfortunately, a couple of months ago, Tara got covid-19 and still has lingering bronchitis. She had been slowly trying to get her full energy back navigating covid longhaulers, until this storm landed in her life.

Tara is truly an angel. She is kind and constantly of service to everyone around her, without complaints.

Now, it is her turn to receive of love and support during an unimaginable time of need.

Any amount helps during this time of struggle. Truly.
