30-year-old Huda Al-Jaburi was shot in the head by her Ex-Husband about 1:10 p.m. during a “domestic incident” in the 4700 block of North Linder, according to Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Al-Jaburi, who lived in the same block, was dead at the scene, while the 42-year-old shooter was taken to a hospital in critical condition before dying, authorities said.
Huda’s twin boys were at the scene when they witnessed the murder of their mom. The two boys have no one to look after them and they are currently under a temporary custody with a friend of Huda.
