Help the Osmok Twins on their road to come home

Hi, my name is Lyndsey and I am the proud mother of Gabbie and grandmother of Brooklyn, Carleigh & Wesley.

At 28 weeks pregnant, Gabbie went into labour and had an emergency c-section to deliver her beautiful twins Carleigh and Wesley. The road ahead is going to be difficult as they also have a toddler, Brooklyn at home. Gabbie has written a few words and would like to share them with you.

As some of you know, our babies were just recently born very prematurely. We are looking anywhere from 2-3 months being in the NICU. We are eternally grateful for the care they are receiving by their NICU team, however we will live over an hour away from where they will be staying and we must be there to help provide them the care they require to strive and grow. We are currently on a waiting list for Ronald McDonald House to help us have the opportunity to be close to our babies and alleviate the stress of commuting to Toronto daily. The hospital has recommended that Nate is with me in the NICU daily as both babies will need care during the same time. This will help them develop a bond with him and grow. This will be difficult as Nate has the responsibility of a fulltime job. It was suggested by the hospital that he takes the time off from work while the twins are in the NICU.
