Help the Owens Family Find a Safe Home

Hi, I'm Briana and I am trying to get my family into a new home.

We were renting with a company who cannot be named right now for legal reasons, and lead was found in our home and in our child's blood, unfortunately.

The Kansas Department of Health came out to our home and told the landlords what needed to be fixed. They only fixed a little bit but not all.

They are refusing to finish the job, so my husband and I made the decision to break our lease and move in with my very gracious mother-in-law, Samantha.

We need $2000 as a down payment to get our own home free of lead.

We figure if anyone is willing to help, that'd be amazing ♡
