Kaci and Ty Pierce received the surprise of their lives when they found out they were expecting spontaneous, identical triplets. The chances of having spontaneous, identical triplets naturally is somewhere around 20 in a million! Kaci and Ty already have a two year old son, Wesley, and had just finished building their new home when they found out the news. They immediately (half) joked they were going to need a bigger house and car since their family was going to go from a family of three to a family of six!
Kaci is a beloved first grade teacher and elementary school basketball coach. Ty works as a Service Manager at Point Bay Marina and is known for being a helpful handyman to friends and family. Wesley is a sweet and silly two year old who is anxiously awaiting meeting his little sisters.
In the early morning hours on January 22nd, three amazing little girls kicked their way into this world. They arrived at 32 weeks, about eight weeks premature. Since then, little Kylee, Paisley, and Natalie have taken the world-and their family's hearts- by storm. They have graduated from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, but will still need to meet some important milestones before they can come home. Kaci, Ty, and Wesley hope they can come home in the next several weeks, but only time will tell.
While three newborn babies is going to be a whirlwind adventure, it will inevitably amount to three times the expenses. The goal of this fundraiser is to help the Pierce family by offsetting some of the financial burden related to medical bills, expensive formula, diapers, wipes, and other important supplies. Since they need to drive to the hospital daily, it will also help greatly with gas until the babies can come home.
