help my family from Ukraine escape war

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Anna Koshney (Zaporoshchenko). My whole family is originally from Donetsk. After Russia attacked in 2014, my entire family, uncles, aunts, and cousins packed their suitcases and fled to Kyiv. They left their lives, beautiful houses, and belongings; they lost everything even toothbrushes! They worked hard and just started to get back on their feet. They bought an apartment and moved forward in their careers, the kids almost finished their university; things were starting to look good, then Putin invaded our country for the second time.
My brother Sergey loaded his wife Iryna, daughter (Polina), son (Max) into the car and drove to Poland, where they walked 10 hours to cross the border and found a place to stay for 2 days. We bought flights and brought them to Claresholm, Alberta. My brother and nephew couldn't cross into Poland as males between 18 and 60 can't leave and are helping the military. We pray 24/hs a day. My stubborn mother, 72yrs old, was on the opposite side of the city and ill with the flu. She has faith in the Ukraine military and loves her country keeps saying she wants to fight along with my uncle 68 yrs, peeling potatoes, digging trenches and loading anti-aircraft guns. My mother feels better today and agrees to try to get out of Kyiv tomorrow by train, leaving everything she owned, even the keys to her almost new VW, on the street at the train station.

My family is well educated, hardworking people that would be proud to be Canadians and work to succeed and contribute to my wonderful country (I immigrated 15yrs ago) Canada......... They don't want to watch their families grow with fear and terrorism.

My husband and I have no problem paying for 3 more flights for my brother, mom and nephew to come if and when they can get to Poland. Still, they will need monetary help to get on their feet, from clothing to even just the necessities of life. They will probably need to relocate to Calgary to finish university and find suitable employment that fits their careers.
We would be ever so thankful for any help, not only for the donations, but it would be a huge boost in their morale after their shattered spirits and the opportunity to start of a new life in Canada. Everyone's dream......
