Help The Quickening Get Home

Donation protected

Hi friends and fam!

Our darlin' New Orleans friends with The Quickening rocked your ear holes here on Folly Beach and in Charleston this past week and showed us all the very best time! For that we are SO grateful! On their way home they were in an accident in the "Red Bean" -their touring van. The fellas are all fine thank goodness!! But it looks like they took quite the spin and are very lucky. Unfortunately Red Bean the Van is not OK. :( They are currently stuck in Florida until they our shuttled back to New Orleans.

As a touring band fresh off of a pandemic a hiccup like this is especially unfortunate. The expenses now include double gas money, whatever the cost is to get red bean back up and running, a tow, plus the nights in the hotel rooms in Florida.... also the missed gigs until the van is fixed. I know we are ready to get them back on the road (especially back to us in Charleston) blessing us with their incredible music and vibes. And I'm sure NOLA is missing them a bunch too.

Please consider donating to them so they can continue spreading that good good energy as soon as possible. I hope everyone is beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel from this Covid craziness.... Let's shine a little bit on The Quickening if you can.

Thank you so much!
