Help The Reiter Family Relocate

Hi, My name is Megan and I am the daughter of Rick and Amy (the Reiter’s). I’m not usually one to ask for help but on October 21, 2023 my dad received a note from our landlord stating that they have 2 months to find another place to live. My parents have lived here for 20+ years and to find out suddenly that they need to start over and only have 2 months to find a new home and place to live is devastating. The reason why they are getting evicted? The landlord has been struggling with finding people to work on his farm and has finally hired someone but that someone needs a place to live so my childhood home is being offered to this new employee. My parents have always been on time with rent, they have never been a bad tenant, and were told by “family” that they could stay here as long as they need. With it being around the holidays, my parents current financial status, and with my dads numerous health issues… this is heartbreaking and seems impossible to have to find a new home in 2 months and has caused immense stress for the both of them.
